📝 Admission & Withdrawal Policy

✅ Admission Guidelines:

1. Admissions are open for all classes based on seat availability.
2. A duly filled admission form must be submitted along with:
   • Birth certificate / Aadhaar (for new admissions)
   • Transfer Certificate
   • Previous year’s report card
   • Passport-size photographs (student & parents)
   • Aadhaar card copies
3. Admission to higher classes may involve a basic entrance test or interaction.
4. Admission is granted only after document verification and fee payment.

❌ Withdrawal Guidelines:

1. A written application for withdrawal must be submitted by the parent/guardian at least one month in advance.
2. The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after:
   • Clearance of all dues
   • Submission of required documents and payment for the TC
3. The school reserves the right to withdraw a student on the grounds of:
   • Irregular attendance
   • Indiscipline or misconduct
   • Non-payment of fees
   • Unsatisfactory academic progress
4. In case of withdrawal without prior notice, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

📌 Important Notes:

• Admission is at the sole discretion of the Principal/Management.
• Admission fees and other charges are non-refundable once paid.
• Any request for duplicate TC or documents must be submitted with proper reason and charges.
